  • Clear page structure and headings

  • Accessible forms with labels and instructions

  • Captions for video content

Known Limitations


We are actively working to address the following limitations:

  • Some third-party payment processor interfaces may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

  • Older PDF reports may not be fully accessible (we are converting these to accessible formats)

  • Complex genetic data visualizations may be difficult for screen readers (text alternatives are provided)
